I have been trying to get in shape for months now and I haven’t found an effective workout for me until I discovered Insanity. This home exercise set is really intense. The routines are unlike any other that I have tried before and for some reason it keeps me motivated. It’s easy to follow and I am actually starting to get the hang of not going to the gym. With this, I was able to get the shape that I wanted. I feel very confident now.

I ditched the gym because of this and I sent my trainer packing. Insanity by Shaun T has got everything I need and more to get me into shape. It is challenging and leaves me feeling exhausted yet energized. My favourite part is that there are no need for equipments and all those bulky machines.
