Combatting Stomach Fat As I AgeI’ve always been a very active person and am generally pretty healthy when it comes to what I eat. Every once in a while, I will splurge on a holiday or if I go out to dinner with my husband but for the most part, I am conscious of the things I put in my body. However, I’ve noticed that as I get older, it gets harder and harder to maintain the lean body that I had when I was younger. I am by no means overweight but I’ve noticed that certain parts of my body are flabbier than they used to be, especially around my stomach region.
