No one likes failure in life, and this is something that is very common in Phlebotomy Training. We have to fail to learn in life, and everyone comes across it from time to time. It can be frustrated and it can truly be a mental battle to decide how you are going to let it handle you. Anytime I faced failure in phlebotomy training, I did my best not to blame others. I recognized that you can not truly control the actions of others so it is better to control how you decide to react. If you can better yourself first, you will have a much better chance at succeeding in the health field. I have learned to trust in myself more over the years and to also allow myself to cool down. It is easier to think logically if you allow yourself to get out a frustrated state of mind.
